survival with claims and some other things for you and friends. that's it
creative with huge 80x80 plots. you can even edit the border. go ahead
no pay-to-win. no players. no nonsense. big ghost town.
there are some custom minigames but eh
and don't reach the end - it's not what you expect
unless you don't care and want a *real* challenge
